    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing schedules, handling customer inquiries, preparing sales reports, and assisting in the coordination of promotional events. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department and the successful execution of sales strategies.

    Responsibilities:









  • Coordinate sales team activities and support sales representatives.

  • Handle customer inquiries, provide timely responses, and maintain customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare and manage sales reports, sales documentation, and presentations.

  • Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional material and events.

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and deadlines for sales-related activities.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.

  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.

  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.

  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives.

  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the sales function.

    Requirements:

  • Proven experience of at least 2 years in a sales coordination role.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
