About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role requires expertise in SaaS sales within the finance domain, specifically targeting the European and US markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in product demos, solution selling, and closing deals. You will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing in-depth product knowledge and delivering tailored demos that showcase the value of our software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Product Demos: Present and demonstrate the SWFI platform to prospective customers, explaining the features, benefits, and value of the product tailored to their specific needs.
- Sales Pitching & Solution Selling: Pitch SaaS solutions to prospects and explain how our products address their business challenges, with a focus on the finance industry.
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Reach out to potential customers via email, phone, and other outreach methods to generate interest and schedule product demos.
- Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with prospects after product demos, answer any questions, and move prospects through the sales funnel towards closing.
- CRM Management: Accurately record all customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM platform to track progress and ensure timely communication.
- Prepare Proposals & Estimates: Create cost estimates and technical proposals that meet customer requirements and align with their business needs.
- RFI/RFP Responses: Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from potential customers, ensuring comprehensive and accurate submissions.
- Market Research: Conduct market research on competitors and industry trends to keep internal teams informed and continuously improve our sales approach.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the internal teams (Marketing, Product, and Customer Support) to align on client needs and expectations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience: 3-8 years of experience in SaaS sales, with a strong focus on the finance domain. Experience in European and US markets is highly preferred.
- Product Demonstrations: Proven experience in conducting detailed product demos to clients, particularly in the SaaS space.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions in a simple and engaging way.
- Sales Expertise: Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive sales in a SaaS environment, particularly in the finance sector.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and ensure seamless follow-ups.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying solutions and overcoming challenges.
- Multi-Tasking & Flexibility: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail.
- Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative, and willing to work with various teams to achieve business objectives.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with financial software and technologies.
- Ability to respond to RFPs and RFIs in a professional and timely manner.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and sales cycle.
