Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on leads generated by the marketing and sales teams.
Engage with potential students via phone,whats app, to understand their career goals and
present our training programs as the best solution.
Address objections and concerns from prospective students with effective negotiation and
problem-solving skills.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and program overviews.
Finalize enrollment agreements, ensuring all terms are clearly understood by both parties.
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and improve the sales process.
Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects and students in the CRM system.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure student satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales closing role or a similar position, preferably in the
education or training sector.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to understand and address customer needs and objections.
Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
