Offshore Sales Compensation Analyst Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare, calculate, and reconcile CRO sales commissions payout in accordance with Bottomline's monthly/quarterly cadence.
  • Prepare, calculate, and reconcile CCO variable compensation payout in accordance with Bottomline's monthly/quarterly cadence.
  • Maintain CRO and CCO Org Structure noting new hires, promotions, and terminations.
  • Track and maintain OTC, Quota, and rate data.
  • Develop, publish, maintain, and update reporting and analysis for CRO sales commission and CCO variable compensation.
  • Ad Hoc projects, analysis, and requests, as needed.
  • Work cross-functionally with FPA to build and model the FY compensation budget.
  • Specifically responsible for:
  • Calculating commissions for the following CRO and CCO compensation plans:
  • Monthly Core Business metrics and commissions calcs for all QCR roles
  • Monthly/quarterly metrics and commissions calcs for all Overlay roles (RMs, AMs, SCs, SDRs)
  • Monthly/quarter metrics commissions calcs for all Leadership roles (Sales Leaders, CRO Direct Reports, CRO)
  • Monthly/quarter bookings and metrics commissions calcs for all CCO roles
  • SPIF calculations
  • Compiling and submitting payroll file
  • Creating and updating commission reporting via Excel and PowerBI Dashboards

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Commissions, Finance, or accounting.
  • BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other quantitative fields preferred.
  • Very strong data and reporting skills, including Microsoft Excel and PowerBI skills.
  • Experience with Compensation Tool (i.e. Xactly) is highly preferred.
  • Experience with CRM/HRIS systems is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A team player with a positive, can do attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a dynamic setting while maintaining accuracy and delivering against deadlines.
  • Motivated to work cross-functionally in a role which supports multiple business partners.
