Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Co-Ordinator at Kairali Ayurvedic Group located in Delhi. The Sales Co-Ordinator will be responsible for sales coordination, customer service, communication, sales operations, and providing excellent service to customers. The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as coordinating sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth sales operations.

Qualifications
  • Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills
  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Sales and Negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Experience in the wellness or healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
