No prior experience required we will train you!

BACKGROUND of the Company

The Bucket List Travel Company <www.tbltc.com> is a young & innovative safari company specializing in authentic EastAfrican safaris (Kenya, Tanzania & Uganda)

The company has 2 promoters - both IIM Ahmedabad Alumni. One is based in Mumbai, India & the other in Masai Mara, Kenya.

Our target client base is the High Income, AffluentIndian family (disposable income Rs. 1 Crore/ annum & above), with an interest in wildlife, travel & differentiated experiences.

Since June 2022 we are generating leads from the target segments in India through Digital Marketing and run a sales cycle by engaging directly - mostly telephonic & some email.

REQUIREMENTS of the Job

We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic people to develop business for authentic Wildlife Safaris in East Africa with primary responsibilities as under:

* Engage with customers and understand their travel preferences, interests, and requirements.

* Translate customer needs into customized safari itineraries that highlight the best of East Africa's wildlife and natural wonders.

* Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to enquiries and offering expert advice.

* Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of safari bookings.

* Managing all documentation requirements to confirm the travel booking

* Mumbai location preferred

* Occasional travel will be required for meetings with the rest of the Team and Client/ Partner meetings

SKILLS & CAPABILITIES of the Candidate

We will prefer well-educated individuals with Fluency in English and Articulate Communication, with a keen interest in wildlife with a profile as below:

1. Exposure to the B2C travel trade preferred, but not necessary

2. Ability to comprehend customer preferences and design personalized safari experiences.

3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.

4. Comfortable with the use of CRM databases & all reporting as required

5. Graduate qualification necessary
