This position is responsible for the executing plan for the assigned region of residential sales
Responsibilities
- Telecalling the leads & pitching various projects
- Arranging for the site visits
- Registering the leads with respective developers
- Following up on the leads for conversion
- Sales closure with the builders sales team
- Submission of the invoice & collection of the payment
- Updating lead status in the CRM on real-time basis
- Daily reporting to the Operations Head about progress
Qualifications
- Good Communication & interpersonal skills
- Pleasing personality & should be a self-starter
- Good knowledge of all the ongoing projects in the assigned region
- Should be well versed with the real estate sales terminologies
- Should have a 2 wheeler & a license
- 5 years experience with a minimum of 2 years in Real Estate Sales in a given territory
