We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Associate to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, a strong understanding of the local market, and be willing to work both in the field and at our office location.
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and cold calling.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and upsell products as appropriate.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Do proper market research and achieve sales targets within assigned market segment.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Participating in Exhibitions instructed by the company.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any Subject. (Business Administration or related field is preferred)
- Proven track record of 3-5 years in successful sales experience with a reputed company.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Additional Qualifications:
- Flexibility to work in both office settings and out in the field
- Strong understanding of the local market trends
- Valid driver's license
