Tasks & Activities:
1. Sales Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients interested in pet relocation services.
- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions for their pet relocation requirements.
- Prepare and present customized quotes, proposals, and contracts to clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Follow up with clients to answer questions, address concerns, and facilitate the sales process through to completion.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Utilize CRM software to maintain client records, track sales activities, and monitor pipeline progress.
2. Operations Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of pet relocations, including transportation, documentation, and compliance with international and domestic regulations.
- Liaise with airlines, ground transportation providers, veterinary clinics, and government agencies to arrange pet travel logistics.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork, permits, and health certificates are obtained and completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on their pet's relocation status and address any concerns or questions.
- Monitor and track pet shipments to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to schedule.
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during pet relocations, providing timely resolution and excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of pet relocation activities, expenses, and client communications.
