Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Assistant at Yendra Techno Solution in Bengaluru. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for tasks such as providing customer service, conducting sales activities, maintaining organization, and utilizing interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.

Position: CCTV Sales Assistant
Company: Yendra Techno Solution (Established in 2014).
Location: Bangalore, India.
Salary: INR 35,000 - 50,000 per month.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of the CCTV industry, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
= Identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients through various channels, including social media and networking.
= Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our CCTV solutions and their benefits.
= Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
= Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
= Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in CCTV sales or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or sales related field.
- MBA in sales and marketing is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Languages known: English, Hindi, Kannada
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
- A deep understanding of the CCTV security industry and market trends.
- Ability to leverage social media to generate leads and build brand awareness.
