### **Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in the real estate sector. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling residential and commercial properties to prospective clients, handling inquiries, and guiding them through the purchasing process. The ideal candidate should have a passion for real estate, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- Identify and qualify potential buyers through networking, cold calling, and referrals.

- Promote and sell residential, commercial, or investment properties to clients.

- Conduct site visits and property showings to potential buyers.

- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and property availability.

- Negotiate and finalize property deals, ensuring client satisfaction.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their property needs.

- Maintain records of sales, client interactions, and property listings.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.

- Prepare and present property-related reports, proposals, and documentation.

- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

### **Qualifications & Skills:**

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.

- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to understand clients needs and provide appropriate solutions.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for property viewings.
