Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales And Relations Executive at Kukreja Furnishings located in Pune. As a Sales And Relations Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, handling customer queries, and promoting our products and services. You will also collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and participate in marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- You are also responsible for establishing and maintaining public relations with our suppliers, customers and interior designers by hosting events, meetings and through digital marketing by employing tools such as social media, google analytics and SEO management.
- Developing and implementing public strategies for the company's products and creating and managing a PR plan, including budgets, timelines in collaboration with our Public Relations department.
- Analyzing all media coverage of the organization and drafting appropriate responses as well as working with the social media team to create a content calendar.
- Deliver compelling product and service presentations to showcase their value and address client questions head-on.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure deals while maintaining profitability for the company.
- Convert leads into sales by resolving client concerns and guiding them through the purchasing process.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales or public relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge of Home and Office Furnishings industry is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team and meet sales targets
