Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through various channels, including inbound and outbound initiatives, focusing on identifying organizations seeking to optimize their HR practices through AI-powered analytics.
- Develop and cultivate strong relationships with potential customers, fostering trust and understanding their unique HR needs and challenges.
- Identify and analyze customer pain points related to talent acquisition, employee engagement, and workforce optimization, tailoring compelling presentations showcasing how HROnTips AI-powered dashboards can address them.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of HROnTips solutions, addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding data integration, anomaly detection, and AI-driven insights.
- Negotiate and close deals, exceeding individual sales targets and contributing to team goals, promoting HROnTips as the leading solution for data-driven HR optimization.
- Provide ongoing support to existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and building long-term relationships, fostering continued success in their HR transformation journey.
Marketing:
- Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns to reach target audiences, including HR professionals, talent acquisition specialists, and business leaders, leveraging HROnTips brand identity and value proposition.
- Create engaging and informative marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, social media content, and case studies, showcasing the impact of HROnTips AI-powered solutions on organizational success.
- Manage and actively engage with our social media platforms, fostering brand awareness and community engagement, sharing insights and building thought leadership around AI-powered HR analytics.
- Implement lead-generation strategies through various online marketing channels and tactics, including email marketing, webinar hosting, and content marketing, attracting potential customers seeking HR optimization solutions.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement and maximizing return on investment.
- Contribute to market research and competitor analysis, staying informed about industry trends and developments in the HR tech landscape, ensuring HROnTips remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Assist with event planning and execution, including industry conferences, webinars, and customer workshops, ensuring smooth operation and positive participant experiences, promoting HROnTips solutions and expertise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a sales or marketing role (relevant experience for either function a plus).
- Proven track record of generating leads, qualifying prospects, and achieving sales targets (for sales-focused candidates).
- Demonstrated understanding of marketing principles and effective application of relevant strategies, including digital marketing and content creation.
