We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Pre-Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential Salesforce clients. You will collaborate closely with our sales and marketing team to provide them with the necessary support and resources to close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, resources, and support to close deals effectively, including:
Email and Messaging: Draft and send personalized emails and messages to prospects.
Client Introductions: Conduct initial calls or meetings with potential clients to introduce Cloudprism Solutions and assess their needs.
Data Management: Maintain detailed records of interactions and progress in CRM tools.
Lead Generation: Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns to identify and attract potential Salesforce clients.
Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound leads to determine their fit and prioritize them based on their potential value.
Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with sales goals.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing Salesforce clients.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in a pre-sales or marketing role, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM and marketing automation tools.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Salesforce CRM and its core functionalities.
Understanding of industry-specific Salesforce use cases.
Familiarity with lead generation tools like Dripify and Apollo.
Experience with email marketing campaigns and best practices.
