Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our dynamic team in the real estate Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industry. As a Sales Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in selling cutting-edge technology solutions tailored for real estate professionals. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop essential sales skills, learn about SaaS sales strategies, and contribute to our growth in the competitive real estate tech market.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential customers within the real estate industry through research and outreach.
  • Utilize various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, social media, etc.) to generate new leads and create opportunities for sales.

Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Maintain CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and update prospect information regularly.

Customer Engagement:

  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and present our SaaS solutions effectively.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and webinars to showcase the features and benefits of our software.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide timely responses to build strong relationships.

Market Research:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Analyze market feedback and provide insights to improve sales strategies and product positioning.

Learning and Development:

  • Participate in sales training sessions and workshops to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Actively seek feedback from mentors and peers to continuously improve performance.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
