Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential customers within the real estate industry through research and outreach.
- Utilize various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, social media, etc.) to generate new leads and create opportunities for sales.
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Collaborate with marketing to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
- Maintain CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and update prospect information regularly.
Customer Engagement:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and present our SaaS solutions effectively.
- Conduct product demonstrations and webinars to showcase the features and benefits of our software.
- Address customer inquiries and provide timely responses to build strong relationships.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Analyze market feedback and provide insights to improve sales strategies and product positioning.
Learning and Development:
- Participate in sales training sessions and workshops to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
- Actively seek feedback from mentors and peers to continuously improve performance.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
