Sales And Marketing Intern

Role: The Sales and Marketing Intern will be responsible for re-engaging with potential customers who have availed the Aahaarm trial and have not yet converted to a subscription. The role involves understanding customer needs, addressing concerns, and promoting the benefits of a subscription to drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement:
• Reach out to trial users through various channels (email, phone, WhatsApp) to understand their experience and gather feedback.
• Identify the reasons for non-conversion and address their specific concerns.
• Build rapport with potential customers and establish trust.
• Product Promotion:
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of Aahaarm's subscription plans.
• Highlight the benefits of a subscription, such as cost savings, convenience, and personalized meal plans.
• Address any concerns or objections raised by potential customers.
• Sales and Conversion:
• Persuade potential customers to convert to a subscription plan.
• Close deals and track sales performance.
• Utilize effective sales techniques and negotiation skills.
• Marketing Campaigns:
• Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to re-engage trial users.
• Create compelling marketing materials, such as email campaigns, social media posts, and promotional offers.
• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Maintain a strong relationship with customers and provide excellent customer support.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly.
• Collect customer feedback to improve the product and services.

Compensation:

• Stipend: 4,000 - 5,000 per month
