• Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the sales and marketing team in executing strategies to increase hotel bookings, enhance brand presence, and improve customer engagement.

• Key Responsibilities:

Support Sales Activities:

• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.

Maintain customer databases and track sales leads.

• Coordinate with clients to confirm bookings and handle inquiries.

Support the sales team in organizing and attending sales meetings and events.

Marketing Support: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.

• Create and update marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.

• Coordinate with graphic designers, printers, and other vendors.

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and marketing campaigns.

Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing metrics.

• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.

Customer Engagement:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Assist in managing the hotel's online presence, including social media accounts and review sites.

• Support the execution of customer loyalty programs and initiatives.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.

• Proven experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.

Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
