We have requirement for a Sales Account Manager to manage our existing accounts and expand the business withing those given accounts. Below is the JD. Budget will be as per industry standards. Attached Is the image can be posted.

Location: Pune, India

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing client accounts and driving revenue growth through effective relationship management and strategic upselling. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients to maximize revenue.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand client base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (such as marketing and product development, Service Delivery, Vendor Management & Work Force Management) to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the value of our products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts using our Salesforce CRM system.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of proven experience in IT sales, account management, or a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
