About the Role:
We're looking for a bold, confident, and smart Account Executive to join our team in beautiful North Goa (Assagao/Mapusa). You'll build a pipeline of potential new clients, both within and outside India, and be responsible for the entire sales cycle - from strategic segmentation to closing deals and upselling existing accounts.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets in APAC and EMEA regions.
- Identify best practices to refine the companyâs lead generation playbook
- Give demos of the product to potential customers and bring them to sales closure
- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Develop annual plans to manage, grow, and retain assigned account revenue and contractual relationships.
- Investigate, qualify, pursue, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities to meet or exceed revenue quota.
- Use the Challenger-based selling approach to manage and successfully close complex sales opportunities.
- Manage sales activities via CRM, build and manage active pipeline, submit accurate monthly forecasting
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
What you must have
- Bachelors or Masters degree with at least 2 - 5 years of relevant sales experience (Healthcare - B2B SAAS experience preferred)
- Experience working with SMBs/ Enterprise Accounts in the APAC and EMEA
- Positive attitude, high energy, passion, and a competitive spirit to win and close deals.
- Strong communication skills via phone and email
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a tech organization.
- Proficiency with Hubspot or other CRM software
- Prior experience as a sales professional with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
