Retail Store Supervisor Needed for Frozen Food Company in Mumbai-Bandra

Position: Retail Store Supervisor

We are looking for a dynamic Store Supervisor to lead our seafood store in Mumbai-Bandra.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all store operations, including material indenting, receiving, GRN, billing, and adherence to SOPs.
• Assist customers throughout the order cycle, ensuring excellent service.
• Maintain proper inventory levels to minimize waste.
• Implement marketing initiatives at the store level.
• Coordinate with departments such as accounts, marketing, and other stores.
• Manage customer deliveries and supervise the store team.

Requirements:

• Graduate or +2 in any stream.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Previous experience managing a retail or FMCG store; experience in meat and seafood is preferred.
