We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Officer with a background in luxury retail to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-11 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Retail Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers in the selection of products and provide product knowledge to drive sales
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up to date on industry trends
- Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Contribute to the overall success of the team and the store
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-11 years of experience in luxury retail sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales skills and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of luxury retail products
- Experience in handling cash and credit card transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
