Role Overview

We are hiring a seasoned Restaurant Manager with strong operational experience and the maturity to lead a young team. We need someone dependable, confident in taking responsibility and capable of guiding junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations (FOH and kitchen)

Deliver excellent customer service and manage guest feedback

Train, supervise and mentor staff

Manage inventory, vendors and cost control

Improve operational efficiency and profitability

Support marketing, promotions and events

Maintain hygiene, safety and compliance standards

Requirements

8+ years of restaurant management or hospitality leadership experience

Ability to guide and develop a young team

Strong communication and decision-making skills

Customer-first approach with attention to detail

Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with POS and restaurant software is a plus

Location: Sarjapur, Bangalore
