Job Summary
The Renewals Specialist is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate renewal of services contracts
with Catalis customers
Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating sales orders, generating contracts and sending renewal quotes to
customers electronically using NetSuite application.
- Addressing inquiries from customers and internal operations, per SLA, by monitoring assigned case
queues in NetSuite.
- Assist with Ad Hoc reporting needs as they arise.
- Follow the month-end close process as instructed by the Renewals manager.
- Provide backup support while peers are out of pocket.
- Document and report process & system issues which cause disruption in processing invoices in a
timely manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, finance or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience working in a Renewals, Order Entry, Billing or equivalent operations group
- Familiarity with an ERP & CRM Software (NetSuite and Salesforce is preferred)
- Prior experience with creating Renewal Quotes, Sales Orders or Invoices in NetSuite is a big plus
- Proficient in English, verbal and written, plus experience working with MS Office suite (Word and
Excel)
- Ability to communicate clearly in an online group meeting setup
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 600,000.00 - 1,500,000.00 per year
