OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE

Primarily responsible for sourcing & on-boarding MF Advisors, Life Advisors, Wealth Advisors

Developing & Sustaining relationships with MF Advisors, Life Advisors, Wealth Advisors Channel Sales & Partner Management

Focus on improving Mind share & Wallet share (sales & business development) Strong business & industry/market intelligence (competitive offerings, regulatory changes, investment products)

Plan & conduct special sales initiatives, activities & events with MF Advisors, Life Advisors, Wealth Advisors for their existing & prospective clients Facilitate & guide the Business Associate in Operational & Back-Office issues

Track investor complaints/queries & turnaround time for distributors

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

Educational Qualifications: Graduate or Post Graduate

Work Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in MF Sales, Life Insurance Sales
