Job Description

  • Position Overview: The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for conducting site visits, following up with clients, and driving sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong background in real estate sales.
  • Key Responsibilities: Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits with potential clients, showcasing properties and addressing inquiries.
Client Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing communication with leads and existing clients to nurture relationships and close sales.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance and client feedback.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and project teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
Customer Support: Assist clients throughout the buying process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in field sales, preferably in real estate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

  • Noida Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:
  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:
