We are Urgently looking for a Service Relationship Manager location based at New Delhi
- Responsible for all aspects of products w.r.t features, positioning, the sales pitch for existing as well as new products such as Insurance ( Life Insurance, General Insurance), Mutual Funds, Debt Instruments, Fixed Deposits , Bonds/NCDs etc.
- Managing investments & maintaining Client relationships, interact directly with clients, reviewing their portfolios, giving regular updates, resolving their queries
- Create plans to address clients business needs
- Advise clients on creating profitable processes
- Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
- Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and product
- Developing and implementing sales strategies for the business across all channels.
- Servicing Existing Client & Handling Inbound call
- Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager
- Handling Inbound calls & Provide Services to Existing Client.
- Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (eg - Salesforce)
- A customer-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
Qualification : Graduate and above
Salary : 1.80 - 3.00 LPA
