Background
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Support Specialist who aspires to transition into a
Sales role. This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in sales support functions,
including offshore investor onboarding, documentation management, market mapping, and
providing crucial assistance to the sales team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in
supporting our sales operations while actively developing the skills and knowledge necessary to
advance into a full-fledged Sales role.
Location : Mumbai, Delhi and Kolkata.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors. Ensuring proactive
communications
2. Collaboration with internal teams in resolution of client queries
3. Providing accurate and timely information to investors
4. Timely completion of client onboarding
5. Eager to improve processes to ensure accuracy is maintained
6. Periodic calls with clients for feedback/ identifying general concerns if any
7. Prepare and consolidate investment pitch / material to be kept available for RM before
client meet
8. Creating backup within the system through good practices
We are looking for a candidate with:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales support roles, preferably in a financial or investment setting.
Hands on experience with Sales CRM systems
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
Strong organizational and documentation management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales-focused role.
Knowledge of AIF, PMS, fixed income product
Knowledge of KYC handling for client onboarding is must along with KYC intermediaries

Compensation
Salary will be discussed individually with selected candidates and will be at par with industry norms. Compensation will have a significant element of performance-linked bonus.
