Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager at M Square in Surat. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales teams, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and building strong customer relationships. This role requires travel within the region to engage with clients and prospects.

Qualifications
  • Sales Leadership, Sales Strategy Development, and Relationship Building skills
  • Experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software proficiency
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
  • Proven track record in driving sales growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
