Regional Sales Manager

Description

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets, develop new business opportunities, and maintain relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will have 12-20 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the Indian market.

Industry Experience: Adhesive, Construction Chemical, Paint, Plywood, Laminate, Furniture, Cement, Building Material and FMCG (Stationery)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve targets
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective sales support and customer service
• Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the company

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
• 12-20 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the Indian market
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel extensively within India
