The Impact you will create in the Job:

  • Provide Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, Analytics, AI Personalisation, and Mobility solutions to clients from different verticals.
  • Acquire/ retain, manage & and grow large accounts.
  • Establish healthy relationships with CXOs.
  • Have complete ownership of the sales cycle.
  • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and maximize retention.
  • Develop a strategic business expansion plan along with management.
  • Identify and develop cross-selling opportunities by strengthening customer relationships and establishing trust, to grow company business.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

What do we look for

  • 15- 20 years of proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role.
  • Team handling experience of 5 years
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects simultaneously, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
