Recruitment Specialist:

• Experience: 2-10 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on corporate hiring and internal talent acquisition.
• Industry Knowledge: Previous experience hiring for roles like Business Development Managers, Account Managers, Team Leads, or other professional positions within tech or IT services is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Ability to assess candidates technical and cultural fit for internal positions.
• Expertise in sourcing candidates from diverse platforms.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred:
• Knowledge of recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and industry-specific challenges.
• Experience working with remote teams and recruiting for remote positions.
