Job Title: Receptionist
- Reports To: HR/Administrative Coordinator
- Job Summary: The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a professional and welcoming environment. This role is crucial in managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations.
Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, professional attitude.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while taking accurate messages when necessary.
Handle general inquiries and provide information about the company and its services.- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing office supplies.
- Maintain and update office records and documentation as needed.
Assist with mail distribution, including incoming and outgoing correspondence.- Support the team with various tasks and projects as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or relevant field is a plus.- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Office setting with standard working hours.
