Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

- Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.

- Manage reservations, both online and via phone, and respond to booking inquiries.

- Handle guest requests and provide information on hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options.

- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

- Handle billing, payments, and resolve any issues related to guest accounts.

- Assist with luggage services when needed.

- Provide administrative support to management as required.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is mandatory.

- Fluent in English (knowledge of Greek or additional languages is a plus).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficient in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office.

- Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
