Job Description

Key Responsibility of PHD-Executive /Front End Executive

  • Greeting and Welcoming Guests: The front desk executive is often the first point of contact for visitors and guests. They should greet and welcome them in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answering Phone Calls: Handling incoming calls .
  • Managing Visitors: In addition to greeting guests, front desk executives may be responsible for managing visitor entry in CRM and Assisting his/her in the whole process .
  • Receiving and Sorting Mail: Receiving and responded incoming mail .
  • Review of Android and IOS Updation:- Edunext Parent App, Edunext Teacher App, Edunext Technology App.
  • Assisting Candidates in interview process: Assisting candidates during the interview process and coordinate with HR Department for the Same.
  • Maintaining a Clean and Tidy Reception Area: Keeping the reception area neat and organized, ensure that there is a newspaper on the table, that water is available at reception, and that the chairs are properly organised.
  • Handling Administrative Tasks: Maintain the record of the newspaper, Kunal Gatepass, expense ,Rohit Attendance .Keep the record of Stationary and allocate as per the requirement.
  • Printing Work:-Print Leave Applications, Gatepass, Candidate Question Paper, Candidate documents and documents i.e. given by the team.
  • Coordinating with Other Departments: Communication and coordination with different departments within the organization are essential.
  • Maintaining Security: Front desk executives may play a role in maintaining security by monitoring access to the premises, ensuring visitors sign in, and following security protocols.
  • Admin Work:- Scanned and print clients documents shared by your reporting person.
  • LOT Work:- Coordinate during the LOT ,Calls handling, Prepare question paper and other work as required.
  • Office Layout :-Updation and coordinate with HR and Designing team for the content of Reception TV.
  • Other Task:- Your KRA's Changes or add on as required.

**Please Note the above Responsibility is subject to change in lieu of Change as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 14,601.82 - 20,574.43 per month
