Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle the entire sales cycle
Handling incoming leads, telephonic inquiries as well as walk-in inquiries. Also, work towards converting the leads into confirmed bookings
Brief USP of the product to the client
Competitor Analysis
Setting meetings with potential clients
Market Research to identify selling possibilities and customer needs
Attending walk-ins and briefing clients about the project and its features.
Follow up for booking and closing the deal with the client.
Experience of CRM
Handle client queries and ensure a timely reply.
Checking of documents post booking.
Assisting the client with banking formalities for their loan.
Completion of booking formalities post closure.
Follow up on payments and outstanding dues.
Handle the whole journey of sales from booking to payment collection.
Preparing Reports
Skills:
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Should be proficient in English and Hindi
Should be digital proficient in using computers
Maintain Client relationship
Candidates should be very punctual with the work
Strong follow-up ability
Positive attitude
Patience and calm-mannered
Ambitious and Comfortable having conversations with people and a good listener.
Desirables:
Excellent communication & Negotiation skills.
Critical thinking & Decision-making skills in the required field of work.
Passion for Organizational and Self growth.
Preferred experience in real estate
