Role Description
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Consultant at Real Estate Firm. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
Track record of sales in Noida Real Estate Market
Experience in generating new leads through various sales/marketing techniques/BTL etc.
Ability to generate and convert leads to sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Knowledge of the real estate market and trends of Noida.
Ability to analyse market data and provide insights
Goal-oriented mindset and ability to achieve sales targets
Experience in the luxury real estate industry is a plus
Updating all necessary information in the CRM
Should be aggressive with excellent communication skills
3+ years of sales experience
Adaptive to work on weekend / rapidly changing circumstances
