This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson at Oxyhom located in Gurugram. The Salesperson will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, presenting properties, negotiating sales agreements, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. The role involves collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets and staying informed about market trends.

• Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and property types
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Experience in real estate sales is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
