Property Sourcing Executive

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing in Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Position Reports to: Property Sourcing Executive

Salary: (1,80,000-2,40,000 LPA)

Job Responsibilities

- Sourcing of potential property for the projects

- Organize, Plan and Implement (real-estate) project specific sales

- Discuss and follow-up on opportunities with prospective buyers

- Coordinate site visit with prospective buyers and enable deal closure.

- Handle daily operations including internal company CRM tools.

-Take update on products and offerings

- Explore new avenues and broaden market

- Capture weekend walk-in data

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification - HSC or 10+2 or equivalent
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
