Designation: Project Sales Engineer
Reporting to: General Manager Sales
Experience: 1-3 Years
Field Experience: Water & Waste water treatment industry/relevant industry
Job Location: Ahmedabad/Baroda/Surat/Rajkot
Educational Qualification: B.E./B.tech or Diploma Engineer in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical/Environmental
Skills Required:
Master Skill: Knowledge of WTP/STP/ETP/Swimming Pool projects, Knowledge of customer mapping, Knowledge of sales promotional activities, Knowledge of customer relationship management
Software Operating Skill: MS-Office, AutoCAD, CRM
Soft Skill: Self-motivation & drive of achievement, Prospecting Skills, Communication skills (Written & verbal), Presentation skills, Convincing & persuasion skills Negotiation skills, Interpersonal skills, Numerical skills, Time management,
Other Skill: A positive, confident and determined approach
Job Description:
1. Project Sales achievement
Understanding the company infrastructure, organization structure, business goals. Planning & execution for sales target achievement.
Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new clientele within assigned territory
Participate in sales promotion activities like exhibitions etc. and generate leads.
Extra Ordinary skill for order closing.
2. Project Design & Calculation
Understanding client's requirement & designing the project & calculations accordingly. Flow Dynamics India shall impart technical training as and when required.
3. New client acquisition
Generate customer leads for WTP/STP/ETP/Swimming Pool, Complete Solution as assigned
Cold calling for meeting arrangement with customers and - Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
Making quotation for project by coordinate with HOD & Design team.
4. Customer relationship management
Identify issues and take action to deal with client queries. Keep constant tap on market movements and report the same to sales head
Share information and knowledge of new products or other developments etc. to clients
Collect work order/ Cheques when needed.
5. Market research & feedback
Establish, maintain and expand the clientele in existing as well as new areas. Client mapping and generating exhaustive list of clients
Daily reporting on sales activities to top management
Collecting customer feedback and market research
Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
