- Lead Salesforce project implementations
- Understanding the business/project/client s need
- Identify the requirements and the project scope
- Analyze the business problems and recommend solutions
- Create and implement project plans
- Conduct project risk identification and mitigation planning
- Writing user stories with detailed acceptance criteria, and use them to facilitate user acceptance or sign-offs
- Working with the team to implement the solutions design that will meet the business/project/client s requirements.
- Create and implement project plans
- Test the design, manage the QA/UAT, verify the solution, and maintained the design and solution
- Documentation - write and keep records of the project
- Client coordination, and attend project/client meetings
- Perform system demo, participate in user acceptance testing, and conduct user training
- Provide support to the sales effort on new business development pursuits, assisting with RFP responses.
- Upto 30% travel to project locations or client sites, as necessary.
Requirements
- 3-4+ years Salesforce Project Management experience, with at least two full cycle implementations of Salesforce CRM
- 2+ years Salesforce business analyst experience
- 8+ years of total IT Experience, preferably with background is software development and managing SDLC projects
- Strong understanding of the overall architecture of the Salesforce CRM platform
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Atlassian s Jira and Confluenc
- Strong leadership capabilitie
- Adept at communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all level of the organization
- Experience with managing remote teams across different time zones
- Outstanding organizational, analytical, communication and writing skills
- Superior abilities in problem-solving, project management, and attention to details
- Advanced Proficiency with all Microsoft Office suite of products
- Up to 30% travel to project locations or client sites, as necessary

Education Certifications:
- A Bachelor s degree, preferably in Information Technology or Computer Science OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Active Salesforce Certified Administraton, Active Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Active Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Active Salesforce Communities Cloud Consultant would make a candidate stand out.
