We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Project Manager cum Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT projects, implementing processes across multiple
projects, and overseeing account management. This role requires a blend of project management expertise, process implementation skills, and a strong focus on customer relationship management and account growth.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans.
Identify and manage project risks, ensuring timely mitigation.
Maintain strong customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
Lead and manage project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Track project timelines and ensure projects are completed on time.
Process Implementation:
Implement and optimize processes using tools like GIT, JIRA, CRM, and ITSM.
Drive the adoption of best practices and tools across multiple projects.
Ensure process consistency and efficiency across the organization.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in IT project management, with a strong understanding of project planning, risk management, and customer relationship management.
Familiarity with tools and processes in GIT, JIRA, CRM, and ITSM domains.
Strong ability to implement tools and processes across multiple projects.
Experience in account management, including growing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Willingness to travel as required.
