Job Description:3k Technologies is looking for a full-time Project Manager to work with the

team and clients in the Microsoft Business Applications (ERP/CRM/Power Platform) space.

About the role:

Your major responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

Determine and define project scope and objectives

Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient

manner

Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements

Track project costs to meet budget

Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan

Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments,

and progress

Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected

deliverables

Directly interact with customers as their main point of contact.

Controlling and Reporting the Project KPIs like Schedule, Effort and Quality variances.

Controlling and Reporting the parameters like Issues, Risks and Changes.

Qualifications:

Expert level in Microsoft Office Applications, including Project

5+years of full-cycle Application Deployment project management experience, able to manage multiple projects

Person should have managed ERP/CRM-based implementation projects (preferred MS D365

platform) development projects with team sizes of 5-15

Through knowledge on SDLC and Microsoft Sure Step Knowledge is an advantage

Expert level in Microsoft Office Applications, including Project

Ability to travel to client sites as needed

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field. Master's in business

Administration in Operations or Project Management, or PMP/Prince2 certification

Strong familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum), and best practices
