Job Description

Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, engineering) for smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Lead and supervise project teams including engineers, site supervisors, and technicians.
Assign responsibilities and track performance of team members.
Conduct regular team meetings to review project status and resolve challenges.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project lifecycle.
Provide regular project updates and reports to clients and management.
Coordinate with procurement team to ensure timely availability of panels, inverters, and other materials.
Monitor inventory levels and track material utilization.
Ensure materials meet quality standards and project requirements.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, industry norms, and company guidelines.
Enforce safety protocols at all project sites.
Ensure all legal and regulatory approvals are obtained and documented.
Prepare and manage project budgets.
Monitor expenditures and optimize costs without compromising quality.
Report financial status and project variances to management.
Maintain accurate project documentation including drawings, contracts, and reports.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Prepare post-project evaluation reports for management review.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Suggest improvements in project execution processes.
Submit all records and update to Management.
Stay updated with the latest solar technologies and industry trends.
Maintain warehouse and team.
