Roles and Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Oversee the entire email marketing project lifecycle from conception to execution.
- Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, content, development) to ensure timely completion.
- Track project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
Email Campaign Management:
- Assist in developing email campaign strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
- Create and manage email templates and content.
- Implement A/B testing and analyze results to optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor email deliverability and bounce rates.
- Manage email lists and segmentation.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates).
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Utilize data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
Automation and Technology:
- Manage email marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo).
- Stay updated on email marketing best practices and industry trends.
- Explore new email marketing technologies and tools.
Skills:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms and tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills/Qualifications;
