- Develop and implement a comprehensive loyalty program strategy aligned with the company's business objectives including points systems, rewards, and personalized incentives
- Design and implement innovative and engaging loyalty program initiatives, including points-based systems, tiered rewards structures, special promotions, and personalized offers
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling messaging and promotional materials to drive enrolment and participation in the loyalty program
- Analyze customer data and insights to identify opportunities for program optimization, personalization, and segmentation
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of the loyalty program, including customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and lifetime value
- Monitor program performance on an ongoing basis, identify trends and patterns, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry best practices and innovative loyalty program trends
- Work closely with cross functional teams (marketing, sales, IT, service & Ops & mi.com) to ensure seamless integration of loyalty programs with overall business operations

- Work closely with CRM vendors, to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of CRM efforts and drive new initiatives
- Collaborate with IT and data analytics teams to leverage technology for program management, tracking, and reporting
- Implement A/B testing and conduct post-campaign analysis to refine CRM strategies, continually improving performance
- Implement targeted communication campaigns through the dedicated platform to keep customers informed about program updates, rewards, and exclusive offers
- Monitor and analyze cost and revenue generated from CRM campaigns, ensuring a clear understanding of the ROI for each initiative
