We are currently seeking a Production Support Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Note: Resource @ .25 per week, L1 & L2 level support. Production Support, Maintenance (Minor Enhancements) for Salesforce - SPECIFICALLY DATA CLOUD ONLY.
4+ years of professional work experience in CRM and Production Support.
Should have atleast 3+ years of working experience on DATA CLOUD.
Should have Good understanding and working Experience on Salesforce Automations such as Flows, Approval Processes,Assignment Rules,Process Builder,Workflow Rules.
Should have Knowledge on Synchronous and Asynchronous Apex,Triggers.(L3 support)
Should have working experience on Salesforce Security Model such as User Management,Profiles,Roles,Permission sets,Public Groups,Sharing Rules.
Should have working experience on Object Management,Validation Rules,Custom Settings,Reports and Dashboards,Record Types, Page Layouts.
Should have basic knowledge on Platform Events and Integration with External Systems.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Good understanding of ITIL concepts.
