The Product Trainer is responsible for the management of course and content development, training delivery processes, the management of resources to deliver the content and ongoing performance management to ensure training is efficient and effective.
Required Experience
3 to 5 years of product training experience.
Must be an expert in classroom training.
Candidates with Building Material background would be an added advantage.
Familiarity with e-learning and web-based training.
Required Skills
- Should have Excellent knowledge of latest training tools & CRM applications.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Openness to travel frequently across Kerala.
- Must have the ability to make training modules by his own.
- Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage time.
- Ability to create and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
- Conducting Training - Training delivery which includes classroom, virtual tools and on job training.
- Conducting Training on Product, Sales process, selling skill improvements, People Management.
- Make training content taking inputs from relevant stakeholders.
- Create competitor analysis & defence.
- Ensure the soft skill and etiquette part covered in regular training.
- Maintain knowledge about brand KPI and assist sales team in achieving the same.
