Develop and execute the product strategy for online courses, aligning with overall business goals and market needs.- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and customer needs related to online learning.
Coordinate the development process for new online courses, working with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure high-quality content and user experience.
- Prioritise features and enhancements for existing courses based on user feedback, data analysis, and business objectives.
Plan and execute course launches, including marketing campaigns, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.- Continuously improve the user experience of online courses through iterative testing, feedback collection, and UX/UI enhancements. Manage customer relationships through telecommunication channels, ensuring a positive customer experience and addressing customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
Monitor and analyse key performance metrics such as enrollment rates, engagement levels, and course completion rates.
- Develop and execute tele sales strategies to achieve sales targets, including outbound calling campaigns, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
Lead and motivate a telesales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure team members achieve their sales objectives.- Monitor and analyse tele sales performance metrics such as call conversion rates, sales pipeline, and revenue generation, making data-driven decisions to improve sales effectiveness.
Ensure that online courses comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality guidelines.
Qualification and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, education or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience as a product manager, preferably in the e-learning or education technology industry.- Strong project management and team management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and stakeholders across different channels and departments.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track and measure performance metrics.
Knowledge of online learning platforms, LMS (Learning Management Systems), and educational technology trends, telecommunication call centre systems, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, and social media platforms and tools.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Knowledge of content creation desired (not necessary)
- Experience of at least 2 years in managing sales / product management team.
