Job Description

LinkedIn Sandbox is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision and strategy, gather stakeholder requirements, and help drive product development from concept to launch. You will have the opportunity to learn about product lifecycle management and play a key role in enhancing the user experience for our products.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in defining product vision and roadmap based on user needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product features and positioning.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and users.
  • Support the product development process by writing clear and concise user stories.
  • Participate in product testing and validation to ensure quality and user satisfaction.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and analyze user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in product management or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development processes is a plus.
  • A passion for technology and a keen interest in user experience.
