- Focus on increasing product penetration and building strategies to drive wealth products.
- Provide specialized solutions in wealth and asset management, catering to the investment needs of clients by offering research-based advice in Wealth products, Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, and Structured products.
- Spearhead the development of industry-first end-to-end digital journeys, ensuring a seamless and efficient client experience in specialized digital wealth management solutions.
- the increase in adoption of digital wealth products among target clients and gauge satisfaction levels through regular client surveys.
- the introduction of new digital wealth products to the market and monitor the achievement of business targets related to client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Client-Centric Approach:

- Provide actionable insights to optimizing client engagement and enhancing overall operational efficiency
- Lead technical discussions and integration efforts with industry-leading MarTech toolsto gain deep insights into customer behavior to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Envision and build an innovative communication module within CRM, designed to facilitate real-time communication with users across various channels.
- Utilize this module to send personalized communications via email, WhatsApp, push notifications, and SMS, enhancing user engagement and satisfaction.
- Track the time taken to implement and launch new digital journeys or features enabled by API architecture, along with metrics indicating improved client engagement
- Measure the reduction in operational costs or processing time achieved through API-driven automation and integration efforts.
